Barefoot Running Study

When you strap on a typical running shoe, you may be fighting evolution.

Modern-day running shoes have changed the way people run, altering our gait from that of barefoot running — the manner by which people ran for thousands of years before the arrival of the cushioned shoes found on store shelves today — a new study suggests.

I agree with you. Modern-day running shoes can even totally mimics barefoot running. Two of the most popular shoes are Vibram Five Fingers and Zem Gear. These shoes have good cushion aside and very light weight. In addition, new research shows that health benefits from barefoot shoes are just amazing. Lists are too long to mention. Check it out here.
