Old Tri Photos

Just take a moment to sit back and admire these old tri photos from 2000 that Matt recently found again. The first one is of Bobby, showing off his assets while making his way to the guard shack. The 2nd shot is of our run pacer before we started employing bikes and scooters, I suppose!




(Edit for update from Martin S. - That pacer is my dog "Kody". He was nine months old at the time and my Mom came with him to watch me race. He got out of his leash and ran in front of the athletes. For a split second I was thinking about dropping out of the race to catch him, but he then stopped and went back to my Mom.

He's still with us, but slowed down considerably since then.)
